COPYWRITER INTERN

Why dip your toes when you can jump into the pool? If you’re a Copywriter Intern who’s ready to make a big splash and have your voice heard and work seen from day one, let’s talk.

We’re SMZ. A small but mighty group of smart, talented, passionate people working together to use our creative and communication skills for good. We’re looking for an aspiring copywriter to join our team for the summer and help us make some waves–and have fun while doing it.

This is an in-person, on-site position in an office (not a pool). No floaties needed, just bring your creativity, curiosity, and collaborative spirit. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to add your flavor to local, national, and even global communications for brands in categories like theater, gaming, pet treats, energy bars and more. From digital and social, to print and broadcast, you’ll work on real assignments for real clients with real deadlines. No BS made-up group summer projects here. Or egos. Or sharks. But you may find yourself swimming with a dog or two – we’re a furball-friendly office.

A few details (because details are important):

This is a paid part-time, on-site position
Working 20-25 hours weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Troy office.
Rate: $17/hr
Dates: May 30-Aug 24
