Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking to expand our team with a smart, digital-savvy individual who has an insatiable appetite to learn and make an impact. The position requires a self-motivated individual who works well in a fast-paced team environment, and who has immaculate attention to detail.

As part of our digital team, you will work closely with internal team members and collaborate with clients and external partners to manage media timelines and ensure that digital campaigns are implemented properly. You will also assist with client-facing analytics and contribute to maintaining the agency’s social media presence. Candidates must be familiar with the functionality of digital platforms and media channels and be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment.


  • Assist in developing client proposals and recommendations
  • Manage the lifecycle of digital campaigns once approved
  • Help determine/organize campaign fulfillment needs
  • Manage timelines for campaign implementation and reporting
  • Ensure relevant parties stay informed of changes and meet deadlines
  • Create Insertion Orders and Client Purchase Authorizations
  • Gather creative ad unit specifications
  • Facilitate and verify campaign tagging (UTM) parameters with account team
  • Coordinate and verify campaign third-party pixel implementation
  • Verify launch/live dates for campaigns
  • Assist with regular reporting – daily pacing reports/campaign checks; post-campaign reports
  • Provide regular communication to team on status of campaigns
  • Perform campaign reconciliation
  • Resolve order/billing discrepancies with Finance Department
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and new opportunities


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital environment
  • Experience with online display, paid search, paid social media campaigns, and media research tools preferred
  • Knowledge of DoubleClick campaign manager and Google Analytics a bonus
  • Comfortable working with numbers and budgets
  • Ability to organize data, interpret metrics and identify trends
  • Results-oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong follow up skills
