LaSalle Electric began as a commercial electrical and lighting supply business built by Jim Gatward’s father. Jim then helped lead the family business in a different direction that incorporated his passion: aviation and the aircraft lighting industry. Though no longer owned by him and his family, it’s a fascinating story of a business that lit up its industry for six decades.
